In order to use the EasyPayWay Merchant Payment Provider (EPW), we require information relating to your Internet Merchant Facility (including your Merchant ID, Terminal ID and/or Settlement Account, depending on merchant banks), Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details.
Company details may include your company name, website, email address, type of business, TIN Number, Compnay Profile, Trade License and Incorporation Certificates etc.
Contact details may include your company contact person name, email address, telephone number and address.
Payment details may include transaction details.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by EasyPayWay is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any Internet Merchant Facility, Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details collected from EasyPayWay customers is required in order to provide you with our payment gateway product, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
